Tehran (2025) is a Hindi spy action thriller Bollywood movie directed by Arun Gopalan. It is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Shobhna Yadav, and Sandeep Layzell. The series was release on 14 August 2025 on ZEE5 and Netflix, with a total running time of 116 minutes.

The story is based on the 2012 attacks on Israeli diplomats. John Abraham plays ACP Rajeev Kumar, and officer in Delhi’s Special Cell. he investigates a bomb blast that took place in 2012, in which a young girl he personally knew was killed.

As the investigation moves forward, the case takes him into the world of international spying involving India, Iran, and Israel. Soon, Rajeev is abandoned by his own country and becomes a target of Iranian intelligence agencies.

Left with no support, he is forced to work alone and goes rouge. While chasing the truth, he struggles between his duty as a police officer and his personal pain. His journey across different countries reveals betrayal, broken trust, and dangerous alliances set against a global political conflict.
